4D Studio processes only the information you voluntarily provide when you send an enquiry through the contact form or by email.

1. Controller and contact
The data controller is 4D Studio. For questions or requests to access, correct, or erase your data, contact us at contact@4d-studio.dev.
2. Information we process
The contact form may contain your name, email address, company or school name if provided, selected topic, and message. Your IP address is also processed technically to limit automated submissions and protect the form, but the application stores only a one-way digest of it and only temporarily.
The website does not provide user accounts and does not use analytics, advertising, or profiling cookies. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use enquiry information solely to understand and respond to your request, continue the communication you initiated, and, where applicable, take steps before entering into a contract.
Protection of the contact form against abuse is based on our legitimate interest in keeping the website and communication channel secure and available.
4. Recipients and transfers
We use Brevo to deliver transactional email. It processes information as our technical service provider. Information may also be processed on hosting and email-provider infrastructure to the extent necessary to transmit and retain the communication.
We do not disclose information to other parties unless required for the stated purpose, supported by an appropriate contractual basis, or required by law.
5. Retention
We retain correspondence only for as long as needed to answer and complete the communication or engagement, or longer where required by law or needed to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim. It is then deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, or restriction, object to processing, and, where applicable, exercise data portability rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
7. Policy changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version and its last-updated date are always published on this page.
